Our Process

We work in just 4 simple steps

Depending on the project’s scope, these steps may vary slightly. However, the process is straightforward, and we will make it as convenient for you as possible. For this reason, it is very important that you provide us with all the necessary information in the first step so that the rest of the process can be simple and quick

Information gathering and files

To get started, we need the following information from you:

  • The requested view
  • CAD files (.dwg format, .PBX)
  • Desired schedule
  • Render design style
  • Furniture
  • Time of day (Sunny, sunset or night)
  • Color and material samples
  • Final output requirements (print, web, signage, etc.)
  • A 50% deposit is required to proceed
First preliminary render

In this step, the client can view the model and the architecture, as well as the materials. They can make any necessary changes before moving on to the next step. We can also define the viewing angle.

Details, settings and lighting

We will send the next render with the adjustments from step two and with any necessary lighting and details. At this stage, it is important to know the size of the renders our client needs and the format required to create the final renders.

Final renders

We will send you the renders and/or videos in high resolution and with the requested specifications. We are flexible with any adjustments you need because our main priority is ensuring our clients are happy. If there are still any details to adjust, we will make it possible. At this point, the client should make the remaining 50% payment to receive all the final material.
